Añoranza's oceanfront 4 bedroom option offers guests our 3 bedroom Villa and 1 bedroom Casita. The Villa has 3  bedrooms  with king beds and en suite bathrooms. A 4th full bathroom is located off the open living room and pool area. Plus, the Casita offers guests 1 bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom as well as a living room, full kitchen and plunge pool.  

TOP FLOOR: There are 2 suites on the top floor that over look the reef and the town of Punta Gorda, to the West. The first suite offers guests a king bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, safe, en suite bathroom with ceiling fan, two shower heads, two vanities and a soaking tub inside the shower where you can relax and enjoy the view. It also has sliding glass doors that open up to a large balcony, with a ceiling fan. It's a perfect, private, spot to enjoy your morning coffee or sunsets over the reef.  The second suite, on the top floor, offers guests a king bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 large built-in closets, safe, en suite bathroom with ceiling fan, standing shower with view of the reef, and two vanities. It also has sliding glass doors that opens up to a private balcony.  

MIDDLE FLOOR: The middle floor is where you'll more than likely spend most of your time. When you open the main door to the villa, you will be greeted by the view of the reef and the infinity pool. As you step into Añoranza you will be in the outdoor living room. Then, on your right you step into the open concept, air-conditioned, living room and kitchen along with another full bath. High speed fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a 50" flat screen SmartTV with access to cable channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ (unfortunately Hulu is not available in Honduras unless you have a VPN) as well as a DVD player with DVDs. There’s also a Bluetooth receiver that you can connect your phone to and play your music on the 2 speakers inside and 4 speakers outside. The kitchen offers all Bosch appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, and gas stove. There is a reverse osmosis system at the sink for cooking and drinking water. The whole house has a UV water filter so you can drink the water from any faucet in the house. Also, there is a dining table that seats 8. To the right of the kitchen is the bar area with a full size purified icemaker plus a wine and beer fridge.   The entire ocean view wall of the living room is sliding glass doors that open to take in the Caribbean views. The infinity pool is just steps away creating an indoor/outdoor experience. There’s a large propane gas grill in the outdoor kitchen to cook your fresh caught fish or lobster.  

LOWER LEVEL: The lower level of the villa has a private separate entrance suite that is accessed down stairs to the left of the entrance to the middle floor. This suite is the ultimate in privacy and has a large private balcony with two ceiling fans. It also offers guests a king bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, walk-in closet, safe, coffee maker and shower with view through the room and out to the reef.  

CASITA: The Casita is located next to the Villa and offers guests an open concept king size bed, living room, and full kitchen area. The kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, blender and all cooking appliances and utensils you should need. There is also a UV filter for the entire Casita and a reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink so you can drink the water and brush your teeth with it too.   The living room has a custom built couch that is also a daybed so you can curl up and watch TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ or a movie on our smart TV. There is also a Sonos speaker that you can connect your phone to and play music. Make sure you have music downloaded or a Spotify account because Pandora is not available in Honduras.  Just off the king bedroom area is the bathroom with double vanity and a shower with two shower heads. You'll love the view from the shower. There is also a washer and dryer in the closet for guests to use but, we do not provide laundry detergent. Most of our guests just bring a few pods or buy some at the grocery store, Eldon's, on the way to Añoranza.  A few steps from the bed are sliding doors that open to an oversized patio with 2 chairs, a table, and a hammock. But the best part is the plunge pool so you can decide if you will be watching sunsets from the pool, the hammock or a chair.  

The stairway to the water navigates down a cliff and through the trees. There are 4 landings with benches on the way down where you can stop and take in the view or a sunset. Once you are at the water you will see how clear the water is and can relax on our tanning dock. Also, you can take one of our complimentary 3 kayaks or 2 stand up paddle boards to explore the reef, mangroves, or head over to village of Punta Gorda to grab a drink or some food.
